
The story of Pho began when founders, Stephen and Juliette went travelling around Vietnam where they fell in love with the national dish, Phở.
We came to realise their main goals were to bring the culture of Vietnam to Manchester through their healthy take on Pho.
The idea behind the identity takes cues from the Vietnamese symbol for longevity known as ‘shou’ into a contemporary mark which was used to inform the entire brand.
