The story of Pho began when founders, Stephen and Juliette opened Pho in Manchester in June 2005 after travelling to Vietnam - where they fell in love with the food.

The brand mark was inspired by the Asian symbol for longevity, Shou, nodding to the freshness and goodness in their food.
