Idea: A symbol for longevity

Pho is a Vietnamese restaurant chain which specialises in the Vietnamese national dish Phở (pronounced ‘fuh’). Phở is a noodle soup which is traditionally prepared over a 12 hour period to allow every last drop of goodness and flavour to be released which gives Phở its incredible flavour, not to mention it’s freshness and healthiness.

The idea of health, goodness and wellbeing became the backbone of the idea behind the branding. The logo is based on ‘Shou’ the symbol for longevity, which can be found all over Vietnam and South East Asia.
